Prologue

About October 2022, I received a call from C98, which looking for someone help executing the game production and improving their 'numbers' for their game-like campaign on app. At that moment, there was almost nothing relating to game making or similar stuff in there. After several discussions, I accepted to help building a team that can produce quality games for C98, everything started from scratch.

I was the one who in charge for the production of all game products. Setting up product concepts from vague prompts, creating framework, designing vision and roadmap, handling the game design, features, properties, worldbuilding, economy and even the sale plan. It's not much to say that everything in the game right now had my design identity, and the game is still my spiritual son.

Building The Team

It was an extremely harsh start when there was almost nothing to start from. There was no team, no accumulated knowledge, no framework, nothing. After some efforts, I managed to gather a small team, then expand them from there, with all positions like what a professional studio should have: game dev, backend, UI artist, art director, game design, animator, so on and so on... even had our own talented sound composer.

Some of our members are seniors, but most of the team are new to game making, so it made quite a struggle to coach or even do reenact what we need to deliver while rushing after the deadline.

After a year, we reached a size of a full-scaled studio, about more than 25 peoples with full roles, and was able to work on 2 or 3 projects at the same time.

Building Eternals

For now, Eternals has not been fully released yet. So I cannot reveal many information. This section is a [Work In Process] until the game in officially released.

This product started from 4/2023. As the one who did all the designs and visions for the current product, even though that I quitted the project, I should still hold some responsibilities.

​

The game's vision was great. It was meant to greatly change something in the good way. You guys can trust me in this.
